Discounts
Any guests who stay one week or longer and prepays
Their stay, are eligible for a 10% discount on their Total.
This does not apply to the Holiday Season. Monthly
Rates are available and negotiable outside the holiday
Season.
RESERVATONS/DEPOSIT
Upon Confirmation a 50 % deposit is required within 10
Days of Confirmation. Stays of less than 5 days require
Prepayment in Full. If You are receiving a discount for
Stays of great than 1 week, this also requires prepayment
In full. We accept personal or bank Checks in USD for
Payments. We Accept Paypal (credit cards) for last
Minute bookings only within 10 days of arrival or for
Those guests residing outside North America.
Payment in Full is Due in Advance for Stays during the
Holiday Periods
Cancellation Policy
A refund will be provided on booking as long as the
Cancellation is outside 30 days . There is a $35.00
Handling fee for all cancellations and will be deducted
From refund. If Cancelled inside 30 days funds will be
Applied in full to a future stay.

Smoking
All rooms are non smoking, you make smoke Outside. Always being courteous of our non smoking guests.
Occupancy
Our Dbl Bedded Rooms have a 4 person Max Occupancy and our 2 bedroom unit have a 6 person max occupancy.
